The return policy will occur only if
- Defective/damaged products
- Wrong product delivered, such as wrong size or color of the product, etc.
- Unusable products caused by the sender
- Air Conditioner (device only) included delivery in Thailand, within 3-7 days.
- Air Conditioner (install service), make an appointment for installation within 7 days.
*Install service available only Bangkok, Pathumthani, Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn, Nakornpathom and Ayutthaya.*
